Terri Millikan - Dental Hygienist

My name is Terri Millikan. I graduated in 1982 from Clark College School of Dental Hygiene. I have been very to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Futenma since he started practicing in Vancouver in 1999. Along with our present patients, we look forward to meeting new patients. We welcome you to our warm and friendly dental practice and are eager to help you achieve optimum oral health.

Haunani Rita - Patient Care Coordinator

I am a native of Oahu, Hawaii. I migrated to Vancouver in 1996 and joined the team at Creative Smiles in 2002 with ten years of experience in the dental field. Between Dr. Futenma, the rest of the Creative Smiles team, and our current patients, I wear the "hat of rainbow colors" well. My personality flows well with everyone, my smile is contagious. I keep my education in the wonderful field of dentistry current with the rest of the Creative Smiles team. I look forward to welcoming you into our dental home.

Amber - Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Amber.  I am a registered dental assistant.  I graduated in 2010 from Bates technical College in Tacoma, WA.  I live in Battle Ground with my husband and 11 year old son.  We love anything outdoors. Camping is one of our favorite activities which we do as often as we can.  I am excited to be working with Dr. Futenma and his wonderful team.  I have enjoyed meeting so many great patients and look forward to meeting many more.
